We all do it.
We’re at a public event – a concert say – and we’re hyperaware of what others around us are doing. How they’re acting, who they’re with, but also – what do they think of me?
Feeling comfortable in your own skin is one thing, but feeling comfortable enough to not consider how strangers are viewing us – well that’s something wholly different.
But here’s the reality.
You’ll never see them again!
So pay them no mind. Let them judge as you enjoy yourself, throwing yourself fully into the emotions of the event. They’ll be in your life for the evening, but chances are never again.
Let go of your inhibitions and be free from worrying yourself over how others may be viewing you.
