What are you doing about it?

Identifying that something isn’t going as hoped is one thing.

Doing something about it is entirely another.

Far too often when we know that something isn’t quite as it should be, be it in life, our jobs or hobbies, we simply continue doing what we have previously; expecting that things will sort themselves out over time. But does that ever happen?

Inactivity in changing your approach to the problem simply leads to the same outcome.

So why do you do nothing? Because it’s easy.

Those who progress in life, taking strides towards and through their goals, are those who see the problem and decide to attack it in a different way. It may be through asking for help, researching a different approach or quite simply by doubling down on the effort being put in.

Already doing three gym sessions a week? Look at your nutrition and recovery.

Already writing one article a week? Up it to two.

Struggling to connect with your partner? Find new ways to be present.

But doing nothing is inexcusable. All that you are committing to through this is wasting more time – time that you simply cannot afford to waste.

So take action now. Identify the problem areas, list the reasons behind them and find the solutions.
