Self-Doubt is Self-Doom!

If you’re not willing to believe in yourself, how can you expect anyone else to?

There’s no denying that we live in a society where people are desperate to find fault in each other. Faults that are designed to undermine the efforts and achievements that we should be proud of. So why don’t we shut out the outside noise and listen to our intrinsic motivation?

The first thing to understand is that you are good at it!

It’s perfectly fine to feel successful in whatever discipline it is.

It doesn’t make you arrogant or smug or delusional, it makes you self-aware. We always preach the need to be more self-aware with regards to how we treat others; but why not also have greater awareness about how we treat ourselves?

You have value.

You have talent.

You have worth.

Embrace it!

Go all in on yourself. Push yourself to strive to become the best version of yourself. But also be aware of what you have already achieved.

Find the time to appreciate the progress that you have already made and also the progress that you continue to make! It’s a journey to greatness and you need to enjoy the milestones along the way.

Don’t be looking to please others all of the time; remember that it’s impossible to please all the people all of the time.

Instead look to please yourself first and foremost. If it matters to you, then quite simply – it matters.

Push yourself to go beyond your current boundaries and limitations. The only person who can stop you is you.

If that requires extra effort, extra sessions, extra rest, then take control of it. Cover all the bases to allow yourself the greatest chance to develop.

Know your worth and continue to grow it.

Back yourself.
